Great Place to Call Home!

I only lived here for 1yr, but that is only because I'm moving away from the snow and ice. The staff in the office has been GREAT and the maintenance team is OUTSTANDING! If I ever had a problem (which were very few) they took care of it the same day or next day. If I were not moving out of state, this would be my permanent home.

Great place to live!

My experience at Greenfield so far has been wonderful! I ve never lived at an apartment that has such great management and staff. They really go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy, safe and enjoy the community. I appreciate their help so much. Definitely a great place to live!

Overall a good living place

The best part about living at Greenfield is the cleanliness of the surroundings that are well kept everyday. I am also glad that there are community events where people who live by themselves can participate and feel involved. I wish we would have more community social events.

Great place to live!

Every member of the staff I have met have been very friendly and helpful. The apartment complex also has everything I need, and is close enough to downtown whenever my roommates and I want to go out.

I really love living at Greenfield!

It s a great deal for the price. I love having my own washer/dryer and the updated apartments look great. The grounds always look good. I can t tell you how great maintenance is in apartments. It takes them a little longer for facilities (pool and gym). The office staff are also real friendly and easy to work with. The only downfall I ve noticed so far is poor sound insulation. I frequently hear the apartment above me walking around and jumping. Other than that though, this place is pretty great.

Living at greenfield

This place has been my home since i moved to minnesota.not planing on leaving anytime soon. love everything about this place!

Good review

Great apartment layout. I love the underground heated parking. My only complaint is there is only one entrance for the entire complex and it is always very busy coming in and out.

AWESOME!!

This is a great place to live in the Minnetonka/Hopkins area. If you are looking for a safe, quiet place to live in the area, this is the place for you. These apartments are literally soundproof. The updated apartments on the 3rd floor are very nice and I love the new appliances and vaulted ceilings. The maintenance responds faster than I ve ever seen at other places and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They really care about their residents. Love all the amenities too - underground parking, the gym, pools, and plenty of outdoor parking for guests. Love that pets are allowed here too. Overall this is a great and pleasant place to call home!!

I love it here!

Where do I start? I love it here! The maintenance people are amazing - so speedy and friendly! The office staff is great and answers any and all questions very promptly. There is a great community feeling within Greenfield, there are events open to the residents and the people around are friendly.

Feels like home.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is superb. The grounds are neat and tidy, there is abundant wildlife. Close to walking and biking trails. Close to the cities but you never know it. Quiet neighborhood, community activities, lots of amenities. Overall, we really like living here, feels like home.
